It pretty much does seem like PnJ going on, but in obito's defense, the alliance is super OP right now since all the kages are around, minato and tobirama pretty much gave everybody ftg, and between katsuya and those chakra cloaks, everyone has basically unlimited chakra, there's no way a simple rinnegan can beat all that, juubito can't even nuke his immediate surroundings because minato/tobirama would simply ftg the bijuudama away. He's just up against too much in my eyes.

The manga is called Naruto. Of course the plot is on Naruto's side because this is a story about him for pete sake. I'm seriously tired of all these people who think they're smartasses or whining about plot no jutsu and crap.

Oh, great idea, let's rewrite the manga and kill Naruto off in the 3rd chapter, make Sasuke the main character and then forget about Naruto completely and still call the manga Naruto. Sounds like a terrific plan if you ask me!

Seriously, if you have a problem with the plot, stop reading the manga. Plot no Jutsu is here till the end, whether he lives or dies at the end, he'll win because that's the purpose of a god damn hero.

I think he doesn't use any rinnegan techs because at this point they all can be countered, and would do nothing more, other than hold off the inevitable for a few minutes.

Wasn't it a mistranslation though? I'm 99% sure, the official translation said nothing about him being unable to use Kamui.

So let me get this straight...Obito a normal ninja could travel through dimensions, but the tene tails jin, someone practically on the same level as the sage can't go through dimensions for unknown reasons? Sounds legit to me.

See this is what I'm talking about. Obito doesn't think things through. Why become something that makes you lose your greatest asset?

Because his main goal wasn't to become the most powerful, but to be able to cast the Moon's Eye Plan. He needed to become the jin to do this. Also if he didn't absorb it, he would have died since he had a huge hole in his chest and was being forced to use rinne tensei.
