So my answer is a bit late but here it is
I choose the ninjas for team 1 with a special reason you all think that Lee cant keep up with the akatsuki members you are right to 70 %
He cant keep u with kisame and kakuzu but he can keep up with sasori that for sure he has very good speed and extreme good tajjutsu with this he can counter sasoris puppets and dodge most of his attacks
So on the other hand we have Tsunade and kakashi
Tsunade herself the fifth hokage can take alongside with kakashi both kakuzu and kisamae down
She can transfer large amounts of her chakra into kakashi and he uses his kamui to finish kakauzu at once
Tsunade has her byakugou and with one single punch she can destroy kisames whole body
And those three fight together they woud win in all cases
If i put guy instead of lee this match woud be to fast over
And for katsuyu she is not immortal but highly resistent she can survive the deadly heavenly transfer jutsu

We haven't seen anything from him; that's the reason he is clearly outmatched in kage level fights like this.
But he would be effective in matchups of this tier after he surpasses Gai, so far he is a weakling comparasion to others in this matchup.

OT: Team 2 obviously wins; Gai instead of Lee would be a more legit matchup.
