Literally the only thing Japanese I saw on his twitter was arigatou (ありがとう). Anyone can make that up on google translate. He could have at least said arigatou gozaimasu lol.

@bold. Possibly he most narrow minded statement I've heard while on the Base. Kishi was born in 74 after the US had established itself as a world power, thus leading foreign countries to teach their children in school English as a second language. Is he fluent, maybe maybe not, does he speak it when he doesn't have to most likely no. But that doesn't mean he doesn't know any English. If you can find me something from Kishi himself claiming he can not speak any English then I'll agree until then though here is a vid where he is shown using the English alphabet

Kishimoto first authored a one-shot of Naruto in the August 1997 issue of Akamaru Jump. The plot differed substantially in that Naruto was the son of the demon fox instead of being the container, and the story was placed in a more modern setting. This early version of Naruto already had the ability to transform into a sexy young woman - but when he did so, a fox tail sprouted. Kishimoto then rewrote the story to its current form, which was first published by Shueisha in 1999 in the 43rd issue of Japan's Shonen Jump magazine.

If this really was true, then Kishi should've mentioned what he said in that link during his first interviews. When he first released Naruto, those kind of info were supposed to be mentioned. I mean correct me if I'm wrong.

I haven't found any other source that corresponds to that same info.

this whole manga is for only entertaimnet, and the more war there is, the more excitet ppl get, this manga went out of kishis pretty work far before the war came, and everyone startet getting boosted by narutos powah

If you check his twitter page , he has a tweet saying that he did indeed finish writing naruto in 1996.

Kishimoto altered the plot thanks to the people at the publishing company Shisueia or whatever the fu*k it is.

He was probably referring to the one-shot version of Naruto that appeared on Akamaru Jump in '97 that one-shot version is vastly different from the Naruto Manga we know (Naruto in the one-shot version was the Kitsune fox himself)

Anyways, Kishi made the draft of the Manga's ending back in 2006 accdg. to his interview.
