It'd be great if I could get some advice on getting better. I know there are a lot of tactics people started using like double jump and cancels into Ougi mid-combo, but I can't ever figure out how to do them.

Ougi cancels are what I excel at. That, and infinite combos. Right when Full Burst became playable, I went into practice and found out how to do his. I know how to Ougi cancel for every character I play as xD Only some characters can do it, though. Not all characters have melee sequences that stun someone.

I know how to Ougi cancel with Naruto, War Tobi and EMS Sasuke out of those. Madara doesn't have one and Nagato's is a Team Ougi cancel.

I doubt Storm 4 would be coming out any time soon.....or if it does, it'll probably be on next-gen

so I'd recommend just getting Storm 3.

Buy it if you're a chill online player.

Online adds replay value. Lets you enjoy the game more.

The Full Burst disc game is less than the actual disc I'm pretty sure.

I saw on another site that they only fixed the invincibility on minato's Kage outfit and that jounin minato plays the same pre and post patch. Can anyone confirm this for me?

some characters have advantages though

like Fuu's awakening, who's hitbox was only in the air

Masked Man is almost impossible to counter since he had invincible frames and would just spam his jutsu.....you couldn't get close at all without being hit.
