The hokages managed to fight madara without looking into his eyes so a reflection isn't needed

the Senju were STRONGER than the Uchiha at that time because the Uchiha develop their MS by witnessing their besties DIE.. Someone has to die for the battle to be closer meanwhile that is happening the Uchiha numbers are dropping .

You think Tobirama had to fight amaterasu to know about amaterasu? Madara has just as great (greater even) of a chance of having amaterasu as izuna does.
