I never said that it was the sword of destruction.
It was just dumb to introduce a random sword; hype it as being the tool responsible for creating literally the entire world and then have it break like 8 pages later and instantly forgotten.

By creating, it meant "recreating/reshaping the world" because the world was already in existence before Hagoromo's birth.

Anyway, first it wasn't just the PS Sword, it was enhanced with Naruto's Power.
Second, Kishi didn't make Obito see loads of flashback during the strike for nothing. The sword's power was weaken with the troubled and insecure mind of Obito. It's simple logic that even the powerful combination of Naruto and Saské couldn't simply solo the weapon of the SO6P unless you're a troll.
