Sasuke has only incased 50% of kyuubi's biju cloak

until we can prove kyuubi's 50% cloak is a big as the actual 50% of kurama then you cannot prove sasuke's PS is even close to the same size as madara's.

And let be logical about this. if Susanoo is the users chakra manifested in a physical form then how can you believe sasuke's susanoo is the same size as madara's?
