Huge street fighter fan myself, but i'll admit that Ryu and Chun li fall to Lee and Gai.

I don't see Street fighters winning at all.

By base you mean them not going into their Gates right? Yeah totally dude, but of course its my opinion from what i've observed from street fighter animations and naruto animations, Lee and Guy are way too much for Ryu and Chun Li to handle.

I'm going off sorely from the animations i've seen, and i've seen a lot of street fighter, I don't see a hadoken or a shoryuken hitting either Guy or Lee, they are too fast for the street fighters.

Pretty sure naruto characters are well beyond street fighter characters. Ryus best speed feat was bullet timing (not to mention it was in the anime movie)
