I think you're underestimating his powers. His sound Genjutsu is higher than frog song, since it doesn't require prep time. What's stopping him from using White Rage and speedblitz/chakra scapel?

Itachi is way above any shinobi in the sand village, but he doesn't have enough stamina to spam the needed techniques to kill an entire village. So No, Itachi could not solo the village, though he'd come close.

Kabuto, if we're including Edo Tensei here then he would solo the village.

And Nagato solo's the village with ease.

So yeah, Team Nagato takes this with med-diff at most.
