The Castle Hidden In the Shadows

Hebi: So many generals walk through this castle....

Ryun laughs. "Its never a good thing though.."

Hebi: You're right. It never is. If I may ask, General, why are you here?

Dimencha: *overseeing the events from afar*

Heatcliff looks at hebi. "I am here to negotiate the surrender of Ryun and his demon allies."

 

[Yoshitsune]

"I am Minamoto No Yoshitsune II. You can call me Sai. I am the supreme commander of the Minamoto forces and allied general of Queen Kayeme forces. Might i ask ask why you want Ryun?"

 

[~Hebi Terumi~]

Heatcliff looks at hebi. "I am here to negotiate the surrender of Ryun and his demon allies."

Hebi: Hmmm.... well I can say is good luck with that. Though I'm sure a man of your great rank, being a general no less, doesn't need luck.

Heathcliff sighs. "If you didnt know, Ryun is one of the generals of the Grand Shinigami army, in the realm of Abora...and He and his brother, Pain were at war...well during that war Ryun killed hundreds of his own men and thousands of civillians, including pregnant women and children, So we were called to contain him and Execute him...."

Standing beside Ryun *

Ryun holds kayames hand. "Its going to be ok...."

 

[Yoshitsune]

"Well, im sure that sentencing of Shinigami is none of my concern. but sentencing in the demon world is. It is not my place to sentence him either. it is that of the queen. but i am a man of diplomacy before war. so i'll do you this. i'll take your demands and reasons to the queen. what ever she decide's, will be her choice. you will know of the choice when Ryun exits the gates in chains or when the war-horn sounds. i'll be heading back now."
-Sai mounted his head and rode off. once he reach his cavalry group the followed behind him and returned to the castle. Sai then made his way towards the throne room.-

 

[Makoto Yuki]

Heathcliff sighs again. "I guess i dont have a choice but to agree to these terms." Heathcliff turns around. "fine..."

 

[Yoshitsune]

-Sai approaches Ryun.- "The Blood Cross General wants you taken in on crimes against your people during your time with the Shinigami army. crimes includes the murder on your on men while in service to the Shinigami army, the murder of innocent civilians including, woman both normal and those with child, and children. the general has been sent to retrieve you for execution. it is none of my concern to know if these crimes are true or not. but i am in service to the queen who wishes you here. what is your course action. do you submit to execution... are do we march in your defense. the choice is up to you and/or Kayame." -Sai waited for a reply.-

Ryun looks at sai. "We have to fight sai...But not for me..."

[Yoshitsune]

-smiles- "Excellent choice...We'll not let enter the castle nor will we let one exit the valley." -Sai rushed to the courtyard where the ramparts were. he sent orders to his officers, who in turn readied their troops. Sai put on his helmet and raised his war fan. the archers all readied their bows, arrows in placed. he looked around once, his officers looking back at him. he quickly moved the fan in a downwards motion. the arrows were let loose. thousands if not hundreds of arrows momentarily blackened the sky. they rained down upon the Shinigami army, striking targets, injuring many if not killing them.- "Blow the horn and keep the arrows going." -the horns were blown. the archers continued their assault and the samurai and cavalry prepared to advanced.-

 

[Kayame]

Ryun looks at kayame. "you ok?"

Heathcliff raises his shield in the air as the arrows rain down. "Men, Retreat!" he roars. Shinigami start to disappear as Sai's men proceed, hundreds of bodies lie lifeless on the ground. Heathcliff stands alone bleeding only slightly from the few arrows that got through his defenses. Dropping his arrow covered shield he laughs. "I guess war it is....." Heathcliff snaps his fingers and with a devilish grin, he starts to disappear.

Ryun holds her hand. "The baby will live, and will live in happiness with its father and mother."
