chapter 32.
People who don't expect TNJ from this story and complain when they get it aren't too bright. You should be expecting it at this point. It's the whole purpose of The Manga; people will relate and bond with Naruto.
Get over it. It makes sense in the manga, and especially made sense in this chapter. If you couldn't see Obito's TNJ coming, then that's your own damn fault. The signs were everywhere.
If it gives you any solace,
(1) We don't know Obito has been TNJ'd for good yet. He could rebel and die.
(2) Madara will never ever, in a million years ever, be TNJ'd.
