Personally,I think Naruto and Sasuke have always been on the same level that is sharing rank 1, no hate, I also think Lee is stronger than Neji in part 2, but of course this is my opinion, feel free to disagree.

Ino improved a lot in part 2. However her real growth is more in support than combat. She is an excellent ninja.

Hinata= just mastered 64 palms, something part 1 Neji did at age 13. She's 17.

Sakura: just learned byakugyou and can summon a large slug.
