Even if that was the case ninja still would have come into being during his lifetime...Rikudous that is, thus making him a ninja still. As he taught, it became ninjutsu...this scan shows no proof of it forming over time though. How do you know his teachings didn't become known as ninjutsu during his time?

Besides I believe my scan is more current than the one with Pervy Sage, correct? He and Ibiki didnt live in that time so how can ones word be more relevant than the others? Although....I think yours could be more current.

Your scan was when Pain invaded.. My scan was from Naruto talking to Nagato...
