BOTH GENERATIONS

Obito's generation is interesting because they've already done it and its mysterious because we're learning about it with Naruto's generation cuz they weren't born then. So they get to hear the elders reminisce about it.

We would get to enjoy all of them on a certain level of satisfaction if Kishi wrote their pasts into the plots of the series more impactful and full of twists, suspense, and thrillers..
