If you're a big enough fan, it's not about new things every chapter that determines if the story is still good or not. I may be bias due to the fact that I've been reading/watching this since I was in grade school (sophomore in college now). We get this for free, the story hasn't changed and the characters still are far from fully developed. So sit tight or stick with your One Piece.
