I think Kishimoto said something along the lines in an interview but im still curious about it.

No. Do you think Naruto was a Pseudo when he was born? Before he got Kurama sealed inside him of course.

Maybe so, but the situation is different, Kushina's Kurama was sealed, Naruto's Kurama is free and has a bigger influence on his body?

Still wouldn't interfere. Kurama is on Naruto's side and wouldn't affect his sperm and possible kiddo.
