Itachi is wasting his time defeating Kabuto !!!!!

Hi guys, this question is troubling in my mind since i have seen the last episode that why itachi is wasting his time defeating Kabuto, I mean if he is free from control of kabuto he could have headed to either obito or madara and defeated him, since he is Edo i don't think there can be much damage made to him and also with help of five kages don't you think madara could have been much of trouble and after that he could have turned to kabuto. If that could have happen then this juubi and god tree thing doesn't have to happen. Don't you think so

Why? King of Hell seals him. And who takes out Kabuto, when you cannot kill him? Itachi A.K.A best Genjutsu user only could.

Itachi can't take out Madara or Juubi and if Itachi couldn't have released Edo-Tensei worse things could have happened..And Itachi thought that Naruto can take care of Madara, didn't he??:yeah:

if i correctly remember sasuke brought Oro back after he & itachi beat Kabuto.
so no oro would be available if kabuto was still active.
again no oro no edo hokage.
another thing obito's weird balls can damage edo.eg:Minato's hand.

Madara is an edo tensei, and there were many troublesome edo tensei shinobis arround. Itachi probably knew he couldn't do much to stop madara or obito, as their powers were beyond his. He decided to do what's best for the SA. He thought that with no edo tensei, SA would have a great advantage, and if he knew about edo madara, he thought that madara would be stopped as well.

A few reasons when you look at it logically.

1. Itachi isn't a sensor ninja. He admitted himself that he could only sense Kabuto's location while under the jutsu. That's why he went to Kabuto.

2. As an Edo under Kabuto's control Madara wasn't revived when he broke the jutsu. So until he arrived at Kabtuo's hideout he had no idea Madara was being revived.

3. Kabuto had an Edo army didn't he? Simple logic says if you cut off the head then the body is useless. In this case Kabuto is the head and his army is the body. Stop Kabuto and in theory the war is over. At the very least you cripple the enemy by taking away his numbers and allowing you to focus yours.

itachi can't see into the future. itachi did what he could at the time as far as he knew stopping kabuto=stopping edo tensei also itachi wants to keep everything about leaf and uchiha secret so if he helped then people would begin asking questions why rogue itachi is helping the good side and not akatsuki

also itachi cant beat edo madara or current obito not saying he couldnt help in the current condition but to say that he is the soul game changer is pure fanboyism

Kabuto was clearly the priority as his army was what were stopping the entire alliance from getting to Obito at all.
