As typical, people being arrogant and not listening/reading to what people say.

I agree bro. People need to start realizing Kishimoto is not the god damn sole creator of Naruto. NARUTO THE SERIES IS A PROPERTY .......

You would get your ass sued by Kishimoto and the other people who own Naruto....

Have you seen a Mangaka deny the anime and say its non-canon? no

Kishimoto's work is the rough draft.. The manga that you read every week isn't solely kishimoto's work. So is that non-canon also?

Anime doesn't matter and cannot be used in debates, sorry but tough shit

Anime isn't canon because sometimes it changes relevant facts to hype or dehype certain characters.

Some anime not all. Many of us think about DBZ as a main example which was made before people had mass communication to catch detach strings/ loose ends.

Anime been used in debates plenty of times on plenty of sites.

I was referring specifically to the Naruto Anime, other anime's aren't relevant to why Naruto anime isn't cannon.

No I thin Naruto Anime is pretty much canon. It does not go against the manga really and it just adds extension in the fight.

The fillers and the movies are different.

The anime is in no way, shape, or form canon. Yes, the anime follows the canon story but the one & only true canon material is what kishi creates himself.

The anime ALWAYS adds in little things which are not present in the manga, hell even in "canon" anime episodes the animators do their own thing.

Prime example:

You must be registered for see images

You must be registered for see images

Animators literally took a canon manga page & added the fire themselves, that means they lose all of their credibility, when has it ever been stated that kurama can breathe frire? Never, that's when.

There are plenty more examples but I think you get the point, anime never is, was, or will be, canon.

djgogetta. You can not lie . If Kish made a character a truely strong woman it would be someone like Guren.

We seen weak woman all the time in Naurto . Always being nurses (medical nin), but once Guren showed up in that anime , it was more of a movie than a filler. We seen some stupid fillers. But that was sexy.

Guren was a badass.

I see what you're saying, but anime episodes that just describe characters and character techniques should be Canon. Episodes that stray too far off from the manga, i.e. something like a Naruto movie, shouldn't be counted. But episodes that should need techniques the character can use should count because it's just add-ons to the manga. :T
