Wind/Futon
~Naruto~ Futon:rasenshuriken.
~Danzo~ General futon, used it all the time.

Fire/Katon
~Madara~ His Katon is enormous..
~?Sasuke?~ ( Not sure ) Uses katon alot I guess, probably on par with Jiraiya ( Blaze release > Katon doe )

Water/Suiton
~Tobirama~ Floods the universe
~Second Mizukage/ Suigetsu / Kisame~ Liquadifiation is OP, but so is Kisame.

Thunder/Raiton
~Kakashi/Sasuke~ Chidori varients.
~Darui/Killer B?~ Thunder style, Killer B uses his Raiton with kenjutsu.

Earth/Doton
~Oonoki~ Explains itself. / Deidara, his Explosion release is OP'd af.
~Hashirama(Mokkuton)~ It's Hashirama, he has doton, don't argue.

I don't know of many great Doton users, there's a few from the Hidden stone and I guess Kakashi uses it sometimes.

Strongest jutsu: Madara (great fire anhiliation) DAMN I BUTCHERED THAT WORD.

Best raiton:
General: Sasuke (chidori elements and kirin) and Third raikage (Dark lightning+lightning armor)

Strongest: Sasuke's kirin, if it counts. If not, 3rd Raikage's lightning armor.

The reason I didn't say Kakashi was because he has lightning blade, chidori, and that lightning hound technique. That's it. But he's number 3.

Doton:
Deidara and Ohnoki: explosion release and particle release. Both OP

Strongest jutsu: Dediara's c0

Suiton:
Tobirama and Kisame.

Best jutsu: Kisame's best water technique (So far anyway)

Gaara has 'Sand release' He can control the sand.
