Obito uses senjutsu, because his chakra comes from the Juubi, which is Nature energy.
Here we can see he summons 4 Juubi sized tbbs inside of a barrier.

But now we come to this chapter.

Naruto makes 9 rasengans with nature energy, and obviously these can destroy Obito's black goo effortlessly.

I meant to add more to it... The TBB that were tanked did not have any trace of Senjutsu. If Obito was not affected by it, the only explanation is that they did not contain nature energy.

I don't think he can just ''choose'' not not use nature energy.
He couldn't do it with his own chakra because he doesn't have enough chakra to do that.

I will still firmly stand and believe that it has nature energy inside of it.

Why would Obito add Senjutsu to the TBB when he knows his weakness is Senjutsu?

Obviously those TBB didn't have Senjutsu in them.

BY that logic Bijju's are nothing but parts of Juubi means that Bijju's also uses natural enery and yet the attacks from Kyubi's chakra won't work on him...

Obito is not using senjustu

The Onmyoudon is the style brought into existence by the the Yin-Yang Release through mastery of yin and yang.

Yin and Yang = Psychical and spiritual energy


Chakra is made from molding your psychical and spiritual energy.Yin and Yang.

Onmyoudon negates chakra because it is made up of what makes chakra.

Obito used TBB to clear the field and wrapped himself in the onmyoudon to stay protected because it negates all ninjustu.

That is still hard for me to believe if all of the Juubis chakra consists of nature energy.

Senjutsu/Nature energy is also chakra, onmyoudon doesn't negate that either.
