I look at it like this...Tobirama was eventually killed by just 20 chuunin....Minato was so great that he's the only shinobi we know of that had 'flee-on-sight' orders the second he was spotted by the enemy in war-time no less. So in the same situation the 20 chuunin woull dhave either been forced to flee or have been taken out like flies, as we know Minato could take out entire armies of chuunin at once

And no, Minato isn't stronger than Tobirama without BM, seriously having a ''better'' FTG doesn't make him better, Tobirama still has Edo Tensei and Suiton at least. And ppl keep forgetting how Tobirama Edo Tensei works. EXPLOSIONS, Minato isn't sealing Edo Tensei that keeps exploding, if he hold them down, he gets blown up.
