What people fail to see about Tsunade and Sakura

Sure she doesn't have the in born gift Tsunade has.

But she has brought herself to a level where she caused destruction in one punch ive never seen Tsunade do (although im sure she can)

She is also so close to being on Tsunade's level with medical ninjutsu, she just needs to have instant regeneration or a really defensive technique that will put her over the hill.

It won't be an asspull obv, the power up is going to use her seal to be performed.

What medical ninjas do you know in Sakuras time that can be compared to her? I think she is pretty well off now, people who refuse to believe she will not surpass Tsunade simply because of Tsunade's lineage are a being a bit ridiculous.

Tsunade's lineage enabled her to acquire what she has,
without her Senju body and strong life force,
I don't think she would survive being bisected.

Sakura may learn to use Creation Rebirth or even Byakugou in the future,
but she will have a weaker version, 'coz these techniques fit Tsunade perfectly
unlike Sakura who has no strong life force and strong body.

Kakashi can't be that person given the fact he is trapped in the other dimension.
Sakura is not that dude either.... in the last page of chapter 646 she was lying in the floor in pain, and in the first page of chapter 647 she was almost recovered, with Sai and Katsuyu by her side, in the scan you showed that guy is bigger than Sakura, the hair cut is not even similar, Katsuyu and Sai are not with her.... So he is not Sakura.

Although the chapter 646 God Tree consume the ninja chakra;
Sakura 'yin seal' was there. Luckily she still had a lot more of chakra for her duties.

She didn't got her chakra absorbed by the God Tree, If she had she would have lost her cloak, and she didn't....
She was injured, by the tree or not, or having a Byakugou side effect...
I don't know what else could it be...
