sorry but i think it would ruin it. harry potter was very realistic and the characters talked in a very western dramatic style. you didn't see people jumping 10 feet to the air or surviving a million wound cuts. part of what made harry potter so great, at least for me, was that besides the magic it was real people with real hardships.

If you are trying to say that Harry Potter would speak Japanese, yep, that is true...
If you are trying to say that Japanese would exaggerate with that 'surviving' thing, yep, that's possible...
But if you are trying to say that anime can't be realistic then, no, that is not true...

However, I understand that Japanese could ruin this project easily. Why?
Because they don't just take some popular story and realize it without any changes. Good example is anime version of Romeo&Juliet. In worst case Harry would be able to create Rasengan or Chidori. :yeah:
But I was talking about well-realized project which would stick to the original story.

But again, everything is matter of different perspective. If someone, like yourself, EnDash-san, is used to the fact that Harry is, actually, real human being not just drawn human than that is different story.

I've never thought about it once until I saw this. That pic really makes me wish it was real, I think it could be a legit anime series that can develop all the characters even more in depth than J.K Rowling did in her books. It's only a dream though
