So..... Obito can't use all the Rinnegan techniques?

I can not just randomly come up with facts if i'm not making the manga myself.

Sorry i wont be getting the manga scans, it would be a pain to get them, if someone could possibly post them below, i would appreciate it very much.

So..... there were many threads if Obito could use all of the Rinnegan techs...... but i believe he cant.

He has chosen many time to just phase through techniques, rather than using Preta Path to absorb them instead, which would also benefit him even though he doesn't need allot of chakra.

Kabuto and Obito wanted to get intell from Yamato, but he wouldn't give...... Obito mentioned that he could've used Human Path on him but that would kill him..... but we also had another option the Rinnegan grants to find info.

But with Nagato, it was something else.
He used allot of chakra so he was already weak.
So Konan said not to use it, or he would die.... which he did.
And the wiki states that it uses allot of chakra...... rather than costing the caster its life.

So whats wrong with Obito... he could've just used that? or doesn't he have that?
This also leaves me the thought that just like an MS, certain eyes means certain powers.
I will elaborate on this some other time, but most likely not today.

I think that Kishi makes some powers but then he kind of regrets it. Amaterasu, for exemple, it's something that was nerfed, I guess. Thr kyuubi cloak, V2, was kind of weakened as well. Madara and obito using all rinnegsn techniques would be too op for the heroes to stand a chance, so kishi decided not to use them. This is what I think.

I'm thinking he can't too. afterall he only has 1 rinnegan and the edo jins didn't use the techs either. 1 Ms restricts tech you would think 1 rinnegan would too

Obito has had plenty of opportunities to use his rinnengan techs, and hasn't. I have wanted him to do this for so long that now I am convinced he doesn't have them and I won't be convinced he does until I see it in manga.

yea kishi doesn't want to spam the rinnegan i guess. take a look at this guys thread, he proved obito can use rinnegan.

Human Path, Naraka Path, Animal Path are waste of chakra if you think about it. Naraka Path is not an offensive tech and it provides no benefits to him. It would unnecessarily drain chakra. Human Path mainly steals another person's soul, which requires one to be tangible. Animal Path is useless, as you saw what happen in Chapter 571. Asura Path, well...SM Naruto. That's all I have to say.

Obito is saving chakra to become the Juubi's Jin; besides Kamui is much more useful than those techs for him against Team Kakashi. Simply put, it seems they drain more chakra than being intangible.
