actually 12 year olds dont learn it, kage bunshin is a forbidden jutsu so its never taught... the knowledge is just passed on in secret between people who already know it, never in class

Thats right kage bushins no jutsu... Nagato is wayy more OP when we take this jutsu into consideration. U_U

This isnt actually nagato... if you read the actual story this is nagato remembering the story that jiraiya wrote about him, the same part of the story is used for other characters in the manga and does not prove that nagato knows the kage bunshin even though he could learn it if he wanted
