Madara will more than likely encounter Sasuke by the end of the next chapter, or beginning of the one after that one. Sasuke is the only other known Uchiha to activate Perfect Susano'o other than Madara himself. If Madara doesn't feel threatened by Sasuke than he better use this renowned "trump card" that I keep hearing about or else he'll be end up like Obito.
