seeing how everyone says team 2 I decided to allow the solo' slug though only as much as they can summon

Give me one reason why she can't use her hearing to find an opponent.

Because she never displayed that ability in a battle. There is no intel on how it would work in the middle of a battle. It's a difference to make such a diagnosis as a medic outside the battle when standing right before the opposite and analyzing him or starting to hear his heartbeat in middle of a battle where with her opponents acting in all ranges with partially fast speed. There are too many factors which would hinder Tsunade to accurately do it. Even a real Sensor stated he needed to concentrate for sensing another person, disabling him for fight in this time. Relying on the heart beat during a battle is once more difficult. When Mei used her Mist against Madara and Muu, they also waited until the mist was gone. Even if Tsunade were capable of, it would be enough for team 2 to move a bit in the mist so Mei can't direct her attack properly since she can't follow their movements.

Imo only techniques are relevant for a battle which showed or indicate successful usage in a battle under all circumstances. It isn't the case here.

OT: If Kabuto has Orochimaru's DNA and Edo tensei team 2 definitely stomps...

You have proof she can analyze opponents and possibly hear their heartbeat from several feet away. Hopefully they never leave that distance though, because there is no evidence supporting she can use it further than that.
