If by feats then Sakura but by hype I'm going to say Lee destroys Sakura, in a all out 1v1 lee is going to go 8 gates, I predict lee would crush her skull with a kick before Sakura could react lee is 100% faster than Sakura and with 8 gates I'd assume he gets a speed boost and power boost, she can't regenerate if he crushes her brain before she can't weave signs

It's a bad match up.She need to be faster and master others jutsu like creation rebirth, despite the big scale damage of byakugo, Lee is very fast and can use gates, he's an expert in Taijutsu, got incredible speed and strengh.

There is no reason for Sakura to summon Katsuyu. First of all, she hasn't even seen Katsuyu's acid, so she couldn't possibly think to even use that to her advantage. Second of all, Katsuyu is mainly summoned when healing a large group of people.

If Sakura is inside of Katsuyu she can't do anything to hurt Lee. Katsuyu's acid also isn't hitting Lee either. Therefor, she would have to come out of Katsuyu to kill/beat Lee, which she obviously isn't doing.

Lee's gonna need to use Gates if he wants to even dent Katsuya, which is gonna cause recoil in the process, so can't win in terms of stamina. Also, since she can release the Yin seal, then we can reasonable assume she use mitonic regeneration.

Once she goes in Katsuyu to protect herself she can't hurt Lee and neither is Katsuyu. But like I already said, nothing leads me to believe that she is going to summon Katsuyu. I've already pointed out that Sakura hasn't seen Katsuyu's acid and that Sakura has only seen Katsuyu summoned when used for Remote Healing. Sakura is able to heal herself and has no teammates. Thus, there's a huge possibility that she won't even summon Katsuyu. Even if she does, Katsuyu's acid is evaded with ease.
