Kakashi has to focus his eyesight at target and make his eyes able to follow after target for Kamui to work...
1) Obito > Kakashi, as ten tails host we know that ten tails can't be moved in other dimenssion so Kamui wouldn't work. Rinnegan and MS Obito can counter Kamui with Kamui
2) Hashirama > Kakashi, just summon great amount of wood to protect himself while surrounding Kakashi with wood release from all sides.
3) Madara > Kakashi, Sussano to protect himself so he could disrupt Kamui affecting him to boy himself time to leave Kamui affected place, then attack Kakashi with massive Fire release or Rinnegan, Amaterasu etc.
4) Naruto > Kakashi, Currently Naruto posses supreme sensing skills, enhanced reaction time along with flash speed in BSM Mode, not even mentioning enhanced range of attack due to nature energy
5) Sasuke > Kakashi, Perfect Sussano protect Sasuke from Kamui and then Kakashi is overhelemed with Blaze release or Amaterasu spam, Sussano's arrows
6) Nagato > Kakashi, Nagato can use Preta Path to disrupt Kamui or simple cover himself with summon or use asura path to shoot projectiles at Kakashi so Kakashi will waste his Kamui on projectiles. After that Nagato uses whatever to kill Kakashi
7) DSM Kabuto> Kakashi, Supreme Sensing skills + Hozuki's hydrification skills let him escape Kamui, then Kabuto can use Muki Tensei or White Rage technique to finish Kakashi.
8) Minato/Itachi > Kakakshi, Minato using FTG can avoid each attempt of using Kamui by Kakashi, then finish him with Rasengan or other technique, while Itachi can disrupt Kamui with Sussano and then finish Kakashi. However it could be close fight
9) Itachi/Minato > Kakashi, same as above
10) Tobirama > Kakashi, FTG out of range of attack then overhelms Kakashi with massive water release and or finish him with ftg slash sword.
Even although Kakashi can have a shot at each of them..., still they can win most of the time
