Sasori is a completely different character. Nothing about him is logical. I mean the guy is a living puppet who can think with his heart. He survives on Chakra itself most likely. Let's not even say how the databook states that Sasori can't be considered Human. You shouldn't really use him as an example.

Why not? The Rasenshuriken, once hitting the target, turns into countless, microscopic small blades which deal damage on a cellular level. When the Sandaime Raikage tanked it comfortably with his hard body, why wouldn't Kakuzu with a defensive technique of such a high level?
