I'd rather it happen where Madara cast IS becomes the Juubis host. Then everyone is in IS but Naruto, and Sasuke can resist, similar to Naruto and Sakura in the latest movie. In some crazy way they defeat Madara stopping IS and it proceeds to the story leading up to Naruto vs Sasuke.
