Well, if naruto could use ki, he would be as powerful as goku because in dbz verse, there is no limit. Yamcha and Rochi surpassed regular humans by mastering ki. However, if they were brought to Narutoverse where chakra and limits are applied, they would be much weaker. They would pale to rikudo sennin. In narutoverse, Juubi has the most powerful chakra since it created everything and parallel worlds do not exist

am not an Obito fan BUT, loosing the way he did after acquiring the ultimate power (close to it) in this series wasn't even funny to me.
