Mei and Katsuyuless Tsunade vs 3t Itachi and non-sage Kabuto

personal opinion
imo team2 even with these restrictions stand a good chance because Tsunade and Mei are unable to counter finger genjutsu, flute genjutsu and sharingan genjutsu... also Itachi can counter most of their attack with crow clones and Kabuto's regen should be able to save him from Tsunade's base attack... not to mention Itachi is way faster than any of the kages

I give this to team 2 neg diff if kabuto can still use his sound 5 jutsu without the use of sage mode, if he cannot then I still go with team 2 but med-high diff, kabuto can probably counter Mei's mist with the use of his snake tail which has shown some sort of sensing abilities.

By no DSM you mean Kabuto that just doesn't use that or Kabuto after Oro sucking his chakra back?

In the first case, team 2 stomps.

In the second case, it's debatable. If Kabuto doesn't have Orochimaru's chakra, he also shouldn't have access to any body modifications, including Sound5. I'm not 100% sure about that, but seeing that one of his body modifications was Oro's True Form, I'm guessing that without his DNA, it wouldn't be possible for him to do what he's already done.
Anyway, team 2 should still win this, with like 75% chance.

No one ever said this Part 1 Kabuto, or Part 2 Kabuto pre Oro's cells...its obvious this is Base Kabuto as in the one with all his abilities minus Sage Mode.

I see no reason why Itachi won't beat Mei in a few seconds with an excellent, fast feint and Dusk crow Genjutsu. Most people would fall for the crows distracting maneuver, which let them easily fall for a Genjutsu without even necessary eye contact. With all powers without Sage Mode, Kabuto has all it needs to hold Tsunade back quite comfortably. After Mei is finished, they will have their fun with Tsunade.

I say low diff. Mid diff would mean they can cause some problems to team 2, what actually isn't the case.

Yup, precisely...I can agree on low diff, I just said mid to give them the benefit of the doubt, but Tayuya and Kimimaro's abilities make this very very very easy for team 2.

I'd even argue Kabuto could solo.
