Neji wins this.

Gentle fist can not be healed by ones own self using their own chakra unless the chakra in their hands are not disabled. Byakugou heals from the inside out by spreading healing chakra throughout the body by means of the chakra network. If the chakra network is blocked, it cannot heal damage to the body, and since the majority of nejis attack are internal in nature by attacking the chakra network, its not like there will be any damage to "heal"

Dont get this ability confused with narutos regeneration and unblocking of Narutos chakra network by kuramas chakra.
1) kuramas chakra is a separate chakra that kurama controls
2) kuramas chakra is also capable of being becoming pseudosentient on its own.

As a separate chakra source independent of Naruto, Naruto was ONLY able to continue fighting because Kurama had helped unblock his chakra network with its own chakra.

Neither tsunades or sakuras chakra is even remotely close to being like that of kuramas because it is not controlled by another person nor is it capable of becoming sentient on its own to unblock the chakra for them.

This means that byakugou is USELESS against the gentle fist techniques. Healing may ONLY be done if the persons hands and chakra system connected to to them are unblocked, though Neji is skilled and smart enough to go for a persons arms to disable them of their ninjutsu as he bas often done in the past.

Even if Sakura had the ability to summon Katsuyu, she's still losing with the same results of this match. Neji's opening attack(s) disrupt chakra flow, and once that happens she's not summoning Katsuyu.

OT: Neji wins medium difficulty.

Yea, she'll most likely be able to regenerate from the damage of gentle fist.

But 64 palms blocks her chakra points and there's no telling if you can regenerate from something like that (Most likely not since it's not really damage). With her chakra points blocked she wont be able to move and then the match is pretty much over.

OT: Neji takes it high diff.

Its a physical damage, so the Byakugou can fix it. When Madara cut Tsunade in half ( or when he impaled her with Susanoo swords ) the chakra points in her abdomens were injured/destroyed, yet she still could use ninjutsu and the Byakugou healed her.

No.... It's not physical damage... He doesn't damage the chakra points, he simply blocks them.

We got no idea about whether or not that can be healed.

It simply cannot be healed. At least through means of byakugou. The healing chakra cannot do its job if the chakra network itself is not working properly.

It can only be undone if the chakra network connecting their hands are not disrupted so they could unblock the chakra themselves, though because they dont have the byakugan, this process could take a long time compared to how fast Neji can do it.

Now you're just being retarded...

My whole point is that it's not damage at all!!

It simply cannot be healed. At least through means of byakugou. The healing chakra cannot do its job if the chakra network itself is not working properly.

Exactly.

In theory if Byakugo could somehow remove the block, it should be able to remove each block as they happened, so the chakra system would never get completely blocked. However there's nothing in the manga to suggest that a blocked chakra point can simply be healed by medical ninjutsu. And since it's not actual damage I highly doubt it.
