Re: ±±Custom Jutsu Submission±±
Suiton: Mizuchi's Fountain | Water Release: Mizuchi's Izumi
Rank: S
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: Through the formation of a single handseal, the user is capable of materializing an abundance of water by calling forth moisture from the surroundings. When utilized offensively, the water generally erupts in the form of a violently sprouting fountain, or opponent encircling rapids. If used defensively, then the water materializes in the form of a swelling wave. The user is capable of controlling and manipulating the waters direction through the utilization of commanding hand movements. For as long as the user maintains their manipulation over the water, it continues to grow and swell, growing in size to even rival techniques such as Great Exploding Colliding Wave in the time it would take the water to swiftly traverse a few ranges. Due to this, this technique can allow for the materialization of rather copious amounts of water, which, should it be allowed to flourish, would be capable of growing to riverlike, or even mini oceanic like sizes. Although, while the growth allows for a more overbearing presence and a greater aptitude for brute force, it does not increase the chakra based offensive prowess of the technique. Nor does it warrant any regenerative properties that would allow for the technique to overpower techniques of otherwise neutralization warranting rank and elemental nature. I.e, if this technique were to be left B ranked after a clash with another jutsu, its volume growth wouldn't allow it to regenerate to a stronger rank based state.
Note:
- Can only be used 4x
- Cannot be used on consecutive turns
- No Suiton Jutsu above S rank for the rest of the turn
- Can only be taught by Scaze
Fenriru No Gimuzuke | Fenrir's Armament
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: A more ninjutsu orientated Inuzuka technique in which an Inuzuka applies their aptitude for rotation to chakra control, utilizing this technique to produce a thick, dense, rotating swathe of chakra to surround their body. The chakra being inherently offensive due to the depth and intensity of the rotations, which remain to be almost contortion like, credited to their seemingly sporadic and random nature. While the density and compression of the chakra provides an almost solid like medium host for the technique's power, so that force can be effectively transferred through. When an entity is struck, the chakra makes a habit of dealing more damage with increasing depth, with surface damage usually being attributed more to the raw, and rather notable, pulsing pushing force generated by the chakra. Thus making this technique more than capable of distancing an opponent from the user, while the true destructive nature of the technique takes place within the depths of the struck entity. In a sense, this factor makes this technique somewhat similar to Rasengan. The jutsu itself can have quite a few applications, sometimes used to empower individual limbs to increase the power of a punch or kick, or a flurry of strikes for that matter, with perhaps a small twisting motion being utilized during the strike so as to bring out the full potential of the chakra. Or even utilized alongside the application of locks or holds, with the thick rotary aspects of the chakra and the pulsing force enhancing said moves to pose the threat shredded skin, dislocation, torn ligaments or even amputation. However more often than not, the technique is best used in conjunction with Gatsuuga/Gatenga and their variants, serving to empower the entire process. And, turning even the most basic of Gatsuuga's into powerful, highly destructive techniques. When utilized with Gatsuuga's, the empowerment would more than grant the user the capability to tear through elemental techniques of equal rank, with the density and rotary speed of the chakra acting as a repellent towards flames and lightning.
Note:
- Can only be used 4x
- No Inuzuka techniques above S rank next turn
- This technique can be utilized alongside the basic, cannon, Gatsuugas/Gatenga with the combination only counting as a single jutsu (With the Gatsuuga/Gatenga jutsu being posted for reference). This however does not apply to the more advanced variants.
- +10 Damage if used by an entity with fur, with the fur being a subtle influence that results in the creation of finer, more precise, strand like rotations.
- Can only be taught by Scaze
Fenriru No Gimuzuke | Fenrir's Lesser Oblige
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30 (-20 per turn)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A merging transformation technique that is simple in concept, yet immensely useful in application. The user through either direct, or secondary contact with their Ninken will merge into a single entity, or if at range through the formation of a single handseal. While the users consciousness and chakra systems remain completely separate, making this technique somewhat inferior to 'Fenrir's Oblige', the user retains the ability to call upon, and mix their Ninken's physiology with their own at whim. This results in the user gaining bolstered senses, while also being capable of assuming the forms of human, Ninken, or even midway mixtures; such as forms similar to the 'Four Legged Technique', or more werewolf like forms. Unlike its predecessor, the more advanced forms attributed to ninjutsu are lessened, limiting the larger forms that would usually allow for the massive size increases proven possible by techniques such as the 'Two Headed Best Transformation', to smaller sizes incapable of exceeding that of early Part II Gamatatsu. Meanwhile, sense wise, the users hearing is increased to that of a lesser owl, their smell beyond that of a blood hound's, capable of distinguishing parts per tens of millions from meters away, as well as an advanced sense of sight, which comes with all inclusive night vision. The user also gains a +10 bonus to all Taijutsu and Inuzuka techniques, as a result of their Ninken's physical influence boosting their physicality. This comes coupled with the gain of instincts and reflexes slightly greater than that of the 'Four Legged Technique'. The user however still experiences the physical drawbacks of increased pain, due to damage to the users body affecting both the Ninken and Inuzuka's body simultaneously. However mental damage remains to be more or less normal, with no significant increase due to the distinction that is kept between the two's consciousnesses and chakra systems. This technique is effectively a less powerful variation of 'Fenrir's Oblige', having far less power and versatility, with form shifting being slower and less refined, but in turn this technique has less drawbacks and can be sustained for a far, far longer time, allowing it to double as a base Inuzuka form, albeit with a costly constant drain of chakra.
Note:
- Can only be used 4x
- Lasts for five turns, or until deactivated.
- Can only be used by an Inuzuka, and requires at least one Ninken
- Inuzuka transformations utilised from this form gain a +1 to their turn usage limit. Afterwards the user reverts back to this form, rather than splitting into Inuzuka and Ninken. (Unless the usage limit was all used up)
- Naturally this technique allows for the use of techniques that generally require the 'Four Legged Technique' as perquisite.
- Can only be taught by Scaze

Declined I don't get how this is Inuzuka related. Its simply an armor of rotating chakra around yourself. Hardly Inuzuka bound.
Based off of.Fenriru No Gimuzuke | Fenrir's Oblige
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40 (+200) (-40 per turn)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A merging transformation technique that is simple in concept, yet immensely useful in application. The user through either direct, or secondary contact with their Ninken will merge into a single entity, or if at range through the formation of a single handseal. This merger essentially combines many of the previous transformative techniques demonstrated by Inuzuka's into one, more harmonious, far more efficient technique. When within this form the user is capable of seamlessly switching between the forms of a human and a ninken, with such an ability giving way to rather useful 'mid points' that stem from utilizing a mixture of human and ninken aesthetics and physiology; for instance a tail and canine ears, or a completely hairy body, from a form mimicking that of the 4 legged technique to forms that grant the user a more burly werewolf like body. There even exists more extreme forms where power is amped to the max, ultimately granting a larger more giant summoned sized forms similar to the '(Jinjū Konbi Henge: Sōtōrō ) - Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf' technique. Of course the ability to morph and shift between the basic and chakra enhanced physiology of man and beast allows for devastating versatility. Alongside the visible outer changes, other changes occur such as those within the users chakra, or senses. The users senses are always bolstered to an utmost extreme thanks to the aid of their Ninken, having a sense of smell that surpasses that of the Silver-Tip Grizzly's, capable of easily distinguishing concentrations of parts per hundred millions from tens of meters away, a sense of hearing rivalling that of owls, and equally notable sight which of course includes night vision. While the users chakra system, having been intersected and interwoven into their Ninkens, yet still remaining individual in its own right experiences a constant flush of their Ninkens chakra every few moments, the perpetual flux making the user resistant to C rank and below Genjutsu, while the initial merge frees the user from all genjutsu's due to the sudden introduction of foreign chakra (except MS/Doujutsu Level Genjutsu). The users reflexes also increase, leading to them being heavily relied on in place of reactions, not to say that the user is subconsciously reacting in an almost magical manner, but instead is based on a more a mind without a mind concept, with the tasks and skills that have been drilled into the user through both practice and prior battling experiencing surfacing for utmost efficiency and finesse. Due to the addition of the Ninken's physical, mental and chakra based influence, the users Inuzuka techniques gain a +10 damage bonus. There however remains to be a downside to the technique; as any damage the user receives is doubled, as not only is the physical recoil increased due to two entities being present within one body, and thus the damage affecting both, but, the mental and psychological damage denoting to injury is also increased two folds, due to two minds being affected by the same pain at the same point. It could even be argued that the mental pain is increased three or even four fold with the mental link working as more of a duplication rather than an addition. Due to this the gained resistance to genjutsu is invaluable, as the resistance not only works to dispel genjutsu of C rank and below after the most minor amounts of exposure, but it also lessens the impact on the users senses, therefore preventing higher ranked genjutsu from dominating via exploitation of the users increased mental sensitivity.
Note:
- Can only be used 1x
- Lasts up to 4 turns
- While the transformation grants a base buff similar to that of the four legged technique, although slightly more potent (Drastically in terms of senses), certain forms have their specific strengths, for instance larger forms will be more powerful and bulky, more four legged forms will be faster and more instinctual, while two legged forms with adaptations will specialize in balance and agility.
- Can only be used by an Inuzuka, and requires at least one Ninken
- Can only be taught by Scaze
Approved Edited. It can't go further than this. Good technique btw.

Declined This is stretching the original technique a bit too much for me. It begins to twist what is an Inuzuka and make it almost a makeshift SNK bio.
