1. Neji's Byakugan = artists do that so that don't have to draw the other eye... putting emphasis on one eye only..
or the other eye being in the shadows ... Neji's eye was in the shadow of his right arm.

2. Itachi's eyes are reversed

3. You cant tell if Kakashi has 3 tomoe in that pick because his eyelid isn't opened higher.
If they aren't supposed to have 3 tomoe at that time, then Obito's is a mistake.

8. Imagine Orochimaru throwing his Leaf Forehead Protector off before running out

11. The Gedo Mazo is a shell of the Juubi. That's why they look similar.

There's no mistake in it. If you look closely, the shadow of his hand has fallen on his Byakugan as if to show he's giving an evil glare or analyzing naruto's moves similar to this if you see

About the second, from Itachi's point of view, that's Itachi's right eye, but we see it as left. Amaterasu resides in Itachi's right closed eye. Same reason, That's Itachi's right eye from his perspective. But it's left from our perspective.

About the third, Obito activated a 2-tomoe Sharingan. So there's no mistake

Fifth, that's just kind of drawing instead of leaving the sections empty.

Sixth, Both the chains are chakra chains. Obito was controlling the Gedo and he himself activated the seal to pull back the Bijuus inside Gedo, so that needed chakra chains because normal chains are not stronger than chakra chains.

Seventh and eighth are the mistakes, by the way, in eight, the last panel is the incorrect one because Orochimaru in the top and middle panel got the headband

Ninth and tenth are also noted in Manga mistake section

About Eleventh, that isn't a scroll in Gedo Mazo's mouth, it's a barrel like cylindrical bar to shut its mouth which are connected with its neck. Whereas Nagato summoned a released Mazo to use it on the battlefield.

About 12th, there's no need to count those trunks because those are actually aren't of any concern. They are different in numbers at various angle of view ( I didn't count in the images below but they are more than what you pointed out in your 12th point. )

About 14th, the one transformed into Shuriken and the one standing behind Kakashi were clones. Because there wasn't any point for the real one to transform into shuriken since it'll be countered by a Kunai, in short, the shuriken (real naruto according to you) will take the attack from kunai and will be wounded.

The clone pulled the real Naruto in air but he himself got unbalanced after the pull whereas the pulled Naruto (the real one) was able to land because for him it was like jumping from a height whereas the clone Naruto was in the air without any surface to stand from the start. So basically the clone Naruto transformed into Shuriken

great man, but there's a small mistake. look at 2. HE didn't wan to perform the amaterasu, he performed tsukuyomi, that's why it was the other eye. Don't you remember when he casted tsukuyomi on sasuke and took his eyes?

ooh and obito got 3 tomoes because of the trauma. The (almost) death experience..getting crushed by a rock
