Team 2 has Kotoamatsukami to use it on Obito, since he doesn't have a counter for it. Having Obito on their side, it is a 4 vs. 2 and Kakashi's Kamui becomes useless since Obito can bring everyone back. Or he KA Minato.

If Obito uses Izanagi before, Itachi uses Izanami and catches him in a loop.

If Danzo uses Izanagi (he would use it from the beginning, Obito uses it as a last resort), Kamui won't finish him.

Danzo could hide in Sasuke's or Itachi's Susanoo while preparing anything.

Baku can potentially suck up the Kunai of Minato. If needed, he uses Fuuton which is dramatically incresed by Baku, to blow the Kunai up and let them being sucked into Baku. All while he uses his Izanagi and enjoys full immortality and can use KA.
