don't make me laugh, tobirama stands a fair chance at taking out Minato, he invented ftg and is quite proficient with it, and he has higher chakra reserves, and anyways Minato can't do anything to most hokage's, other than run and hope he can get a cheap shot in, it's not like he demolishes the competition, he's just hard to kill, kinda like a gnat, or a roach. he lacks offensive power and would struggle to end any drawn out battles with any opponent. Sakura with her yin seal is more scary than the blond guy with a kunai.

Tobirama has higher reserves and invented shadow clones, he could easily mark them and use them the same way Minato uses kunai, and tobirama has excellent water release, and suicide bomber edo tensei, He can avoid Minato, and cause him to use up chakra avoiding his water attacks, not to mention that he seems to be smarter than Minato. I like Minato as much as the next guy, but he's not that strong 1 on 1 when compared to other shinobi, running away from a stronger opponent equals a loss, not a win.

Not true, Tobirama is smarter and stronger than Minato and can utilize shadow clones and he also has ftg, base minato might be able to run away from battle better than Tobirama, but running isn't winning. Tobirama also was strong enough to resist the initial control of orochimaru's edo tensei, and he's a confirmed sensor. Minato ain't got nothing on that, even though he's one of my faves, and plz tell me how he beats Tobirama, cuz ftg and rasengan won't cut it.
