Sometimes these kind of things happened don't remember the episode no. but it was when naruto KCM and Bee was fighting with other jinchurikis, in that one naruto forehead protector also changed to shinobi alliance forehead protector rather than konoha's so sometimes they do make these mistakes no big deal
