It was this forest again. The place where she had fought that bratty kid, and then lost to that girl who showed up. Just thinking about it made the young woman clench her fists in rage. Growling as her anger came to the surface of her composure, she looked up to where the kid was waiting. Whoever the guy was who asked her to do this, he had better be able to pay up when the time came. Leaping high into the air, the young woman landed on the branch of the tree her student-to-be was on.
You! You're the kid, aren't you? The one I was sent to train, huh?
As the woman landed fully on the branch, her metal instrument made a slight tapping noise as it hit her thigh. Her purple rope belt bounced as it settled from the landing. She glared into the man's eyes, sheer confidence, annoyance, and anger seeming to spill from her pupils like flame. After a moment, she spoke again.
Well, let's begin this, huh? Cast a genjutsu, the most powerful one you can use, and trap me in it. C'mon, don't be a wuss; or can't you do it? You can't even cast a genjutsu, can you? How the hell are you supposed to become an illusion master such as myself if you can't even do anything when you come crawling to me for help!?
Tayuya then reached out, as if to smack the man in the head, ready to hit him hard enough to knock him off of the tree branch and onto the forest ground several feet below.

Yeah, that's right. I am the kid you were sent to train. Don't you remember me? You used to give me lightning training.

Of course I know how to cast a genjutsu!

After performing two handseals, I look into your eyes, trapping you in an illusion. Leaves start swirling around you. After a while, the swirling of the leaves stops and after a few seconds, you see an image of your greatest fear right in front of you, causing you to be paralysed with fear, and then you faint.

As leaves appeared around Tayuya, she simply sighed. This kid couldn't be so weak... Taking out her flute, Tayuya slapped the back of her hand with it, sending a sharp pain through her hand and, as the pain signal reached the brain, disrupted her Physical Energy so as to break the illusion.
If that's all you have to offer, then I'm done here... But since I promised to train you, I suppose ending you with Genjutsu would satisfy him.
Blowing across the mouth of the flute, Tayuya began to play a melodic tune. As she played, her purple rope belt turned into a snake which slithered off of her, and began to wrap itself around the student. With the snake wrapped around him, it began to crush his body, restricting his movements except for his hands and slowly squeezing the breath from him.

Description: The user puts the opponent into a genjutsu which has snakes appear beneath the opponent to constrict them and with the users command, they crush the opponent. In reality, the opponent is immobilized and takes damage due to the stress on his mind.

You're in my illusion now... And there's one way out. Kai. By placing your hands together, and focusing on your chakra, you essentially "re-set" your chakra flow. You can do this by stopping your chakra flow through careful chakra manipulation, spiking your Spiritual Energy within your own body, and then restarting your chakra flow. That's as good as an explanation you get out of me. You have until my technique knocks you out from your mind believing you can't breathe... If you become unconscious, you'll fall off the tree and die; not my problem anymore.

I perform one handseal and use my chakra control to make my entire chakra flow freeze momentarily. Then, I unleash a surge of chakra throughout my body, spiking my spiritual energy and flushing out your chakra from my body, dispelling your genjutsu.

It might not be the best technique to use because it requires a handseal, and it takes some time for the surge of chakra to activate. You might want to use pain instead by biting your lip or stabbing yourself to quickly dispel the illusion. However, you might want to use it when you are trapped in a high-ranked genjutsu, and the alternative ways of breaking out cause too much damage to you (such as EIG/Sage level Taijutsu, Breaking Bones, Deep Stabs or cuts, Medium Voltage/Burning, Extreme Painful Cold, Bitting your tongue off, Stabbing Yourself in minor muscle, Cutting yourself, Breaking Smaller bones).

Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.

So, for this next technique, you need to affect how the mind perceives their direction. Now, in your inner ear is an organic system in which allows you to quickly tell if your body is upside-down, on its side, or if you're turning or moving forward. While we can't do anything to this system itself, we can modify how the brain interprets this information, and as such, we can make the opponent believe that, as they walk forwards, they are walking in a slow circle in one direction. Naturally, if the opponent wants to go forward, they will adjust themselves accordingly so their mind tells them they are going straight; which will cause the opponent to move in large circles the opposite direction you are making them believe they are going. Genjutsu can be complicated in how it works, but you need to know this in order to make it convincing. So, first off, you're to cast the illusion on me so that I will feel as though I'm moving away from my intended course, and you are to affect my vision as well in order to make me believe I'm walking in the correct direction once I start moving. You've cast an illusion before and can do this, right?

Neji stares into Tayuya's eyes, sending chakra into her brain. This casts a genjutsu on her. When she tries to move forward, her brain perceives her walking forward, when in reality she is moving slowly in a curved manner. She doesn't know she is in an illusion, because her mind believes that she is walking forwards.

Okay, for now, I'm suspending my RP style. It's more important that you understand the "how", rather than simply what it does. This is the purpose of training; if you understand the "how", you understand the technique, and as such, you won't misuse it. You posted a battle-type description, not a training-type description. The difference? In battle, you simply post what technique you do, what specific way you use it, and what effects it could potentially have. During training, at least in my training, you are going to describe how your chakra is molded, and then in genjutsu-specific training (where description in how you affect your opponent's senses is key), you will describe what senses you affect, and in some cases (such as this one), what part of the brain is affected by your chakra. You will then describe what affect on my senses your chakra will have, after saying what senses and what part of the brain is affected.

Your job is to find where these signals go, and therefore, find what part of the brain your chakra must disrupt in order to create an illusion which messes with balance, and as such alters how a person chooses to move, and keeps one's vision stable with their believed movements (ie. making them see themselves move forwards, as they believe they're going straight, while they're actually turning). Include your findings in your next post, along with a good description of a performance of this technique.

If you disappoint me again, we're going back to square one and I'll go over with you, as I would a new student, how genjutsu works and how to use and understand it properly. My training is no joke; I told the higher-ups that my specialty in teaching includes Genjutsu, and I refuse to allow a genjutsu student of mine leave with incomplete knowledge. While Kai can be difficult to understand, a genjutsu affecting senses is much easier to see and comprehend; I would like more. Genjutsu has always been known to be complex, and it has always alluded most shinobi, probably because they never understood how it worked (yes, I'm speaking in terms of the manga, not on NB).
