Sasuke skipped non-stabilized PS?

How the heck did Sasuke manage to skip to a stabilized Perfect Susanoo?

It doesn't seem to be a non-stabilized PS since Sasuke's current Susanoo looks vastly different to it.

It is not PS because PS is not a power given to anyone at a stage in their Sharingan. I'm pretty sure only Madara has it because he's Madara. Not all Uchiha are the same.

Now he does have PS, there wasn't any ''skipping''.

This is madara's completed susano (unstabilized ps). This is the exact same version of susanoo that sasuke used when he first unlocked his EMS.

Notice the similarities, the robe/armor, the hood covering the face, no legs. Sasuke's "completed" susanoo is actually the unstabilized version that you're referring to, only smaller.
