They were the same size AT birth, not since birth. Naruto has 50% Kurama thus his avatar is the same size as 50% Kurama, who is smaller than Full Kurama.

Uhh... slow down boy. Madara's perfect Susano and Sasuke's complete Susano are two different things and it's best to not compare their susano's yet. You're getting hyped about the fact that Sasuke now has the ability to coat Naruto's Bijuu mode chakra with a layer of Sasuno to act as a protective coat. That doesn't require much skill; it's the same as manipulating different ligaments/parts of the Susano - something Madara, Itachi and Sasuke have already shown. Madara's arrows are nothing against Chibaku Tensei as it will re-heal itself (IF it manages to cause pierce through all those layer of rocks). Enton/Amaterasu fails against Shinra tensei. Stop getting ahead of yourself.

I don't think you understand what the term perfect means. Let me help you out. Sasuke's susano is a complete Susano, meaning it has all the its body parts. It's complete, not perfect because there is room for development/improvement, whereas Madara's Susano is at its best. There is no room for improvements.

Inoutlining the kyuubi's form of course the shape will alter. The power, size, etc remains unknown yet you call this PS because of its head lol

I meant current Kyubi w/ Naruto. They are both sharing their chakra together aren't they. Naruto is meddling his chakra with kuramas to strengthen the potency of their chakra mix to the maximum instead of Kurama alone.
