Tru. Not too shabby.

OT: No Naruto is in link with the BM Cloak and Rasengan. Besides, Ninjutsu wouldn't fit Lee's Fighting Style. He seems more appealing using Taijutsu in contrast to Ninjutsu.

Lee is poor at ninjutsu but he can do things like standing on water and climb a tree etc

Plus rock lee nor the k9 did the rassingan

It was naruto . Everything they are doing is by naruto control .
