How were the K11 even able to handle the Rasengan?

I thought it was infused with Senjutsu, shouldn't the pressure have been overwhelming for them? Sorry if its an obvious answer, I didn't understand it.

my guess is the rasengans were attached to the chakra cloaks so all they did was aim them
