Yup...naruto is stronger....so far sasuke has been useless...he is combining a lot of techniques with naruto....but he hasn't done anything solo yet...a lot of people are saying that sasuke hasn't showcased his full arsenal yet...if he doesn't showcase them in another 2-3 chapters, then he'll need atleast a rinnegan to fight one on one against naruto...I am no hater but sasuke's susano(be it perfect or not) has been a disappointment...his susano with legs is nothing compared to madara's susano..

Between, Kishi said many things that aren't true or doesn't stay true forever. Wouldn't be stupid for a writer to tell that the evil guy and the good guy will always be equal? --> There's no fun in the manga if they can't beat each other even at the final fight.

Kishi said they progress as a pair and he tries to keep them as equal as he possibly can. thats what he really said. progressing as a pair and trying to keep them as equal as possible is not th same as they are equal. they fluctuate. sasuke is better one day and naruto is better the next. thats what he means by they progress as a pair. when sasuke gets a power up, naruto will get one soon and vice versa
