Look, this is a very hard one, but I can see Itachi pulling this one through.

EMS gives a full body Sussano. The Yata Mirror and Totsuga Sword give Itachi a big advantage. So, yeah. I think he could win.

Yet again,we never saw the actual potentials of Madara's Sussano.

i think itachi would take this when he had MS he had a low chakra poor which is normal look at how low sasuke's chakra pool when he was an ms user so yeah itachi 100% healthy with a much higher chakra pool would be a problem add that to the fact that he already had finall susanoo so expect him to have ps as well plus yata mirror and that sealing sword so and if you think thats enough at age 13 he single handily killed one of the strongest clan out there so yeah i think he will have a good chance at winning this fight
