Not to mention that Kunai placed on another location counts as preparation time, as I always say, the opponent, once teleported away (like the perfect Susanoo) isn't beaten, he could just return. In Madara's case with a speed he arrived to Obito's battlefield after finishing the Gokage off. What does it bring to teleport away the PS? Nothing.

Minato did teleport the Bijuudama of the Juubi away, yes, but considering he could react at the moment he saw the Bijuudama growing. Enough time to create a s/t barrier considering the loading time and the time lapse between the Bijuudama was shot and teleported away.

In his last days, Minato needed Gamabunta to hold Kyuubi down for a wile so he could gather enough Chakra to teleport such a huge object, and suddenly, in base, Minato is able to teleport an object instantly which is by far huger? Makes no sense. Minato did have prep time.

The PS however is activated and stabilized in few seconds (former instantly) and is way faster and more agile than Bijuudama, if we look how it slices mountain range with one swing instantly, and Sasuke's huge legged Susanoo jumped over an extremely long distance. Madara's unstabilized already repelled a Bijuudama from 100% Kyuubi; the stabilized form is two to three times huger and way stronger. A Bijuudama is repelled just like last time. A Chou Bijuudama is destroyed right at their path or even at Kyuubi's mouth, considering that the PS would be capable of slicing a mountain range in the time Minato is forming that Chou Bijuudama. A swing of Susanoo's sword in Kyuubi's direction would be enough.

Madara obviously wins this with a 100% Kyuubi that is armored with the perfect Susanoo.
