I agree with your point, but I only agree with the ones I left on your list.. I don't think you're giving him enough credit.. he was called the god of shinobi at one point in time and was trained by tobirama... he's no push over and the people that we're talking about him losing to are the most powerful people (that we've been introduced to) in the entire history of the narutoverse
I don't think we'll see his reputation proven in feats, given that the top 5 or so nin far out class everyone else at this point, but that's no reason to ignore his strength either.

Your top ten is busted. If you're going by feats Obito doesn't even break the top five. He literally hasn't done shit since he became the Juubijinchuuriki. So he killed a few members of the Alliance. They're fodder. Who hasn't done that? He's held Naruto and Sasuke at bay. Again, who hasn't done that? We're still looking at a guy who couldn't defeat Kakashi or Gai a couple chapters ago and becoming a host hasn't made him any less of a pu$$y. On top of that, he can't throw hands with Sage Mode Naruto.

Hashirama would be at number one but he's number two at this point because Madara has the Rinnegan, which makes him pound for pound the most powerful character in the series. Naruto couldn't even "touch" Madara in Kyuubi mode. On top of that, even after Hashirama hit the field Madara still spent the majority of the battle sitting on his ass, opting to wait until Hashirama is less distracted to fight him. Nagato is still tiers above Naruto and that's not changing anytime soon. Negged!! You're F#CKING negged!
