1. Although it is dangerous if used at close - range, it would be useless against Samurai due to their mastery of Iaido.

It can used with a water sours.
The user can perform this technique if they are being hit by the opponents water release technique. The lightning current would travel towards the opponent and shock them

By the time Ginjo finishes filling up the scroll Kuroh had already evacuatedthe field, Ginjo then takes a deep breath and begins to perform the Tiger → Snake → Dog handseals and starts gathering chakra. As he feels that he has gathered enough chakra, he uses nature manipulation convert the chakra to Raiton. then channels the chakra to his hand and when he believes he is ready, he releases the chakra and uses shape manipulation to shape the lightning in the shape of an electric current which travels at blinding speed towards Kuroh's clones

After my student successfully performs the jutsu I fly downwards and open the scroll. I then read the information he wrote. "Well done my student, now we can move on to the next jutsu"

Alright so I want you to manipulate your chakra through out both of your arms and then release a powerful stream of lighting from your hands that heads towards the two huge rocks. The stream you will release should be strong enough to rip through those two large rocks. Like the descriptions says, you can create a small surge to shock your opponent or a powerful stream of lightning. I want you to also notice that if you use this technique with a water jutsu, the damage would increase, in this case it would be +5.

Ginjo listens to his senpai carefully, as he hears his instructions Ginjo picks up the scroll once again, and begins to fill i the same template, Ginjo assured himself to do it quick and not to keep his senpai waiting, after all he was indeed a fast writer to begin with.

1. Rock formations seem useless in front of this tech
2. Might even kill the opponent if the opponent is trapped in a jutsu like Water Prison Technique and the user inserts their palm into the sphere.

Two disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1. The range of this technique can become quite a disadvantage seeing as how strong the actual jutsu is.
2. The opponent might attack the moment they see the bolts of lightnining forming (pretty obvious :|)

Strategies and combinations:
Used on a water source or by first trapping the opponent in Water Prison Technique and then using this jutsu to make it more deadlier.

How you would counter it:
The opponent can use Swamp of the Underworld and trap the user in it.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

Once Ginjo finishes filling up the template he closes the scroll and puts it back on the ground, after his sensei summons two huge rocks, Ginjo concentrates and begins to gather chakra into his stomach and once gathered enough chakra Ginjo proceeds to channel his Raiton chakra to his right hand and uses nature manipulation and proceeds to shape it into a stream of lightning. When he believes he's ready, he releases the stream of lightning from his body which once come in contact with the two huge rocks, destroys them. As then Ginjo picks up the scroll and hands it to senpai.

Good job but be careful when you use earth techniques to defend yourself against lightning techniques as it might backfire. Remember that lightning beats earth. A better way to counter this jutsu is by using a wind technique. You could release a stream of wind towards the lightning stream or release wind which surrounds your entire body, protecting you from the stream of lightning but it's good to be creative.

Moving on!

So this next jutsu is really simple. I want you to gather chakra in your hands and then manipulate your chakra, creating a ball of electrical energy which you can launch at your opponent. I want you to do this and launch the energy ball at my clone.

I really like this next technique, in my opinion one of the most useful C-rank techniques. I want you gather chakra and then send it all through out your body. Once you've done that release the chakra and surround your entire body with electricity. If someone attempts to strike with taijutsu they'll be shocked when they make contact with you. You can also defend yourself against earth techniques with this jutsu, if your opponent releases mud shots at you the lighting armor should cancel them as they make contact with you. I've also used this technique in combination with taijutsu, if you strike your opponent he would take more damage due to the lightning. I want you to punch my clone in the stomach.

Ginjo Once again picks up the scroll after hearing his instructions, before filling it up Ginjo takes out a drink and drinks it in one breath at this point he more or less looked nothing like a human xD

Two advantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1. Was able to defend against Rock Lee's Drunken Fist in the anime and thus it proves that this technique is good at defending against Taijutsu.
2. Can be used to defend against Kaguya Techniques who specialize in Shikotsumyaku which is a Nin-Taijutsu also this tech can be used very quickly and thus protect the user against techniques like Bedrock Coffin.

Two disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1. The opponent will easily be able to see the user if the user tries to use techniques like Hiding in the Mist.
2. Can't get the water com in contact with the user >_> or the user would be severely injured.

Strategies and combinations:
Used along with close range combat u.u although the opponent would avoid this by any means necessary.
The user can create a clone, make the clone drag the opponent underwater and then have the clone use this technique. lol

How you would counter it:
Keeping a safe distance from the opponent or possibly somehow soaking him in water.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

After filling up the scroll Ginjo hands the scroll to senpai and breaths in deeply, First of all he starts by gathering his chakra in the center of his body [aka stomach :|] Once he has gathered enough chakra he uses nature manipulation to convert the chakra into Lightning and begins to channel it throughout his entire body, Then by utilizing Nature and Shape transformation, I form an intense electric field around my entire body, Ginjo after successfully forming a electric armour i punch senpai's clone in the gut once the electric armour comes in tact with your Clone's body the lightning spreads through his body giving him a magnificent electric shock causing the clone to disperse.

The next jutsu is.. well, lets just say you won't be using it that much since not many battles take place on a cliff but nonetheless, if one day you do fight on a cliff it can be pretty useful. So I want you to go to that cliff behind you and then perform two hand seals, clap your hands together and release a wave of electrical energy which causes stone and rock above you to become dislodged and rain down past you onto my clones below you.

Ginjo Picks up the scroll again, this time wagering in his mind to fill the scroll in 30 seconds if he fails to do so he won't be having any ramen tonight xD

1. It can be used to rain down upon multiple opponents.
2. We can quickly attach multiple explosive tags to the rocks the moment they start falling

1. Will fail to defend against techniques like Bedrock Coffin or Stone Spikes because the user will not have enough time to perform two hand seals
2. Can't seem to think of any.

Strategies and combinations:
The user can use a smoke bomb and then use this technique. It can be used to temporarily confuse the opponent as they will try to figure out whether the user is using a Raiton technique or a Doton

How you would counter it:
By performing Lightning Strike Armour, we can destroy the rocks as soon as they come in contact with ur body.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

Eventually it seem Ginjo just earned a bowl of ramen because he wrote it less then 25 seconds, bravo! Ginjo hands the scroll to Senpai and perform the hand seals Snake → Tiger and start to channel my Raiton chakra throughout my body. At the very same time, He channels his chakra to his feet and starts to run up a cliff as Senpais clone follows him. Once I reach the middle of the cliff, I release my Raiton chakra in the form of a wave of electrical energy. Due to the fact that Raiton is strong against Earth, my wave of electrical energy causes rocks and stones to start falling down . I however am left unharmed because my wave of electrical energy protects me but the same couldn't be said for the clone .

Good job my student. Now we can proceed to the next jutsu.

So this one is rather simple. I want you to raise your dominant hand in front of you like a sword. Gather chakra and send it towards said hand, your hand should start glowing a pale yellow and then you'll release bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn. I want you to send them at my four clones. Like the description says you can create as many as you want and target multiple opponents. Since the description doesn't exactly state how many you can create, you can make as many as you want but keep in mind that all lightning bolts = a C-rank jutsu. So for your opponent to take the full damage of this jutsu, you would have to hit him with all the lightning bolts you create not just one of four, to give you an example. So basically the more you create the less power they have.

(Raiton: Shuurai Rappa no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Horn Technique

1. Can be used if the user does not have even any bit of training in Kenjutsu.
2. Can be used to attack multiple opponents

1. Is weak against techniques like Rumbling Wind Wall
2. Will be weak against weapons in which people have channeled their Fuuton chakra

Strategies and combinations:
The User could possibly use Earth mudshot technique directly shoot towards his face buying time to use this jutsu.

By using the Rumbling Wind Wall technique.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

Ginjo finishes filling up the scroll in total about 30 seconds, and makes sure he avoids unnecessary spelling mistakes, but that doesn't affect his writing speed of course Ginjo proceeds to walk towards his senpai and hand him the scroll, and walks by his senpai and towards the open ground at a distance from his senpai, Ginjo begins to gather his chakra in his stomach once he has gathered enough chakra, he raises his Right hand barely pointing towards the sky Ginjo begins to channel the gathered chakra to his right arm which was currently raised, meanwhile in the process of chakra being channeled i use Nature manipulation to convert the chakra into Lightning as i do he chakra which had been channeled to my right arm starts to glow and starts releasing bolts of lightning. Ginjo then preforms Shape manipulation to manipulate the shape of the lightning bolts to that of horns which spread outwards manipulating 3 more, As i do i manipulate then towards your clones which were standing side by side each horn stabs each clone as soon as the horns come in tact with the clone it electrifies the clone in other words shock the clone, dispersing each clone before Ginjo smirks and trys to show off after realizing no one was looking besides his senpai and 'maybe' the sneaky Shinta sensei.

I watch as my clones disappear. "Good job, lets continue now"

Once you have a sword in hand I want you to channel a good amount of chakra into it. This increases the sword's cutting capabilities and it should levitate in front of you. Once you've done that I want you to manipulate your chakra and multiply the sword creating two similar copies which you will then manipulate to spin rapidly, similar to shurikens. Send them towards my clones, the swords should cut through my clones.

2.The swords can be used to stop Doton techniques in which rocks are shot at the opponent.

Two disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1. Is time-consuming. Seriously, no one would take out a sword; stare at it; watch it levitate then make two copies; start spinning and then attack the enemy.
2. Since most Fuuton techniques cover a wide area, the swords can be stopped using most Fuuton techniques.

Strategies and combinations:
Possibly a distraction tool such as smokebomb then use this technique.

How you would counter it:
Wind Style: Wind Blade could be a great way to counter this technique seeing as how its unblockable.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

Ginjo after finishing filling up the scroll he hands it to his sempai temporarily exchanging it with his sword xD Ginjo then channels my Raiton chakra to my arm before transferring it into my sword. while using Nature manipulation to conver the chakra into RaiToN, my sword starts to levitate in front of me before suddenly creating two duplicates of itself. The 3 swords then start spinning rapidly and move towards your clone, as it reaches it cuts through your clone causing your clone to disperse as Ginjo kindly gives back senpai his sword ^^
