She has chakra enhanced speed, but she rarely uses it, she can potentially be very fast if she utilizes her yinseal with that attack. But there is no questioning that she can learn it. She just isn't all teleporty like Minato with her's, or like Haku.

but the thing is it's not having the jutsu it's how efficiently she can use it

if urr body flicker is as fast as lets say base lee running then it wont do much gud , but if it's like minato,tobirama,shisui well it's a great edge in combat

The fact that he showed us pages of the manga in which the use of BFT by sakura is confirmed is what shows us that he is proving his point. He used facts in the manga to suport, better yet, to prove an idea. It requires a little amount of logic to understand.

Yes. Most people can use it. It has no affiliation with the substitution jutsu at all. It is a rather low rank jutsu.

I understand, but the way the person you quoted brought forth his statement, it didn't really take into account that it is the biggest factor for certain people (Minato especially). And Minato is one of the only people in the manga who can sustain such obscene speed and use it consistently.

Yes, the Substitution and body flicker are typically used in unison.


As I recall both were mentioned to be basic techniques. So yes, Sakura has it as well as a multitude of people.
